The nutmeg grinder is as simple as it is ingenious. Its specially shaped disc with sharp-edged slots makes it possible to grind the entire nutmeg into a fine powder. The kit is made of stainless steel. You have the choice of building the mill so that the nutmeg is inserted via an opening on the side or via a screw connection on the top of the mill.

The conical grinding mechanism with a special coating of TiN - titanium nitride - makes the grinding mechanism particularly resistant to the corrosion caused by salt.

The grinder is also suitable for cumin, aniseed, fennel seeds or other spice mixtures.
