The CGV336 extraction unit is supplied including 2 m hose and machine connection piece.
The CGV336 offers an impressive capacity of 55 liters, while also being very compact. In addition to wood dust and shavings, it handles machining waste, nails and many other types of waste with ease and features the CamVac triple filtration system for effective treatment of small particles. Following the cyclone neutral-wing theory, the technology pulls the waste into the drum with great force and drives it against the outer wall, keeping the filters cleaner and the waste falling to the bottom of the drum.
Use of the exhaust air nozzle to reduce the volume of motor noise
Every CamVac extraction system from Record Power is equipped with a device to reduce engine noise
For even more efficient noise reduction during operation of the system, the exhaust air nozzle can be fitted with the optional 2.5 m long hose with 63.5 mm Ø from Record Power.
To do this, the cover of the exhaust air connection piece must be removed and the precisely fitting holder of the hose inserted. If the end of the hose is placed outside the room, for example, the resulting motor noise is directed away from the workplace.
