HSSE turning knife
Dear friends of woodturning, we are proud to present our new KS HSSE woodturning knives. Our bowl and moulding tubes are made of HSS steel with approx. 5% cobalt. This composition gives the iron a very long service life and sharpness, similar to the popular Crown Pro-PM steels.
The knives have an oiled ash wood handle. Thanks to the oil finish, the wood remains breathable and, unlike lacquered handles, is less susceptible to perspiration during prolonged use. In addition, the handle is flattened several times so that it lies comfortably in the hand and does not roll away when placed on the bench.
