Our two main shipping methods are DHL for parcels and freight forwarding for pallet deliveries.
In most cases, orders are shipped via DHL Parcel. For heavy machines and products weighing more than 30 kg, freight forwarding is used instead.
DHL shipping typically takes 2 to 3 business days. As soon as you place your order, your package is prepared for dispatch. Shipping costs for DHL within Germany are €6.95 for orders up to €149.99. For orders of €150 or more, shipping is free. Please note that country-specific shipping rates are listed in our shipping and payment terms.
The second shipping method, freight forwarding, is used for pallet shipments and heavy machinery. Here too, delivery takes 2–3 business days. If desired, you can optionally book a call/notification service, which provides you with details on when exactly the driver will arrive with your order. Freight shipping costs depend on the weight of the products and are listed on each product page for deliveries within Germany. Please note that shipping costs may differ for deliveries to other EU countries.

Prepayment: You can pay for your order in advance. After completing the ordering process, you will receive all the necessary information to make the payment. Once we have confirmed receipt of your payment, your order will be shipped.
Invoice: Starting with your second order, we offer the option to purchase on invoice. You will receive the products and pay the invoice amount within the specified payment period.
PayPal: We accept PayPal as an online payment method. You can pay directly using your PayPal account or choose PayPal’s "Pay upon invoice" option. With PayPal Express Checkout, you can complete your order immediately, while PayPal Installment Payment allows you to pay in installments.
Credit Card: We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Simply select your preferred credit card and enter the required information during checkout.
On-site Payment: If you choose to pick up your order in person, you can pay by credit card, debit card, or in cash. Please note that cash on delivery is not available for on-site payments.
Cash on Delivery: For added flexibility, we also offer cash on delivery. You pay the amount directly to the delivery person when your order is delivered.
